This course will include a study of the history of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Included in this, will be a comprehensive study of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Local Union By-Laws, and the IBEW Constitution.
