TO SIGN UP FOR THE FOLLOWING CLASS, YOU MUST CALL THE APPRENTICESHIP OFFICE AT 972-266-8383 EXT. 101 AND PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST. YOU MUST BE A LOCAL UNION 20 IBEW MEMBER.

This is the 10 hour construction course that is required to receive an OSHA Certification Card. Topics include: Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Materials Handling, Scaffolds, Excavations, Stairways and Ladders, Personal Protective Equipment, Confined Space and Hazardous Communications. (NOTE: You must attend the entire 10 hour course to get certification.)
