POLICIES

Attendance Policy
|
A person must attend the entire four (4) hours of the Continuing Education Class in order to get credit. If a person is late, or has to leave early, no credit will be given and you will be counted absent. If you are absent for any reason you must register and pay for another
class.

Reschedule Policy
|
You must notify the Electrical Training Center at least two days prior to class if you need to reschedule, otherwise you will be required to schedule and pay for another class. A $10.00 rescheduling fee will be charged.

Refund Policy |
To receive a refund you must notify the Electrical Training Center at least two days prior to class if you cannot attend, otherwise no refund will be given. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Inclement Weather |
In case of inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled to a later date, or a refund may be given. Call 972-266-8383 Ext. 102 to confirm cancellation.

Insufficient Enrollment |
There must be a minimum of 20 persons registered to have a class. In case of insufficient enrollment, the class will be cancelled, with a full refund given.
